To delete a trouble ticket there will need to be no payments associated with the ticket for it to be deleted.
If the trouble ticket was entered in error and subsequent payments also entered in error these will need to be deleted off before you can delete the trouble ticktet, see http://helpdesk.rentpro.co.uk/entries/20407243-delete-payments-receipts-from-the-system
To delete a trouble ticket, identify the ticket from Trouble Ticket > List Tickets. Once the ticket has been identified click on the red x icon on the far right side and enter an appropriate description for the deletion.
