OK, so how does our support work? If you encounter an issue with RentPro we recommend that you first take a look at the online user manual to see if you can find the answer to your problem or query.
Email support is available to all RentPro subscribers. If you cannot find a satisfactory answer in our knowledge base then please submit a support request to the RentPro support team by email* via email@example.com or submit requests online at http://helpdesk.rentpro.co.uk.
Telephone support is only available to RentPro Max subscribers. Please have your RentPro support account number to hand before you call.

* If this is the first time you have emailed us a support request you will receive a validation email to confirm who you are. Please follow the instructions in the email carefully - it's a very simple process - to ensure we receive your request. If you submit subsequent requests to RentPro from a different email address you will have to follow the validation process again.
