When you use RentPro to upload property details to Rightmove.co.uk or Zoopla then we will collect email enquiries from these sites and present them within your RentPro account.
Note: You will still continue to receive these enquiries by email from the portal.
You can view the enquiries via a new menu item: Tenants > Enquiries.
Individual enquiries can be updated to assign them to a staff member, add notes or progress their status. An enquiry can be in one of three states:

The Summary dashlet on the RentPro dashboard has been updated to include the number of enquiries that are in a 'New' state. You can also opt to have your dashboard configured to display a new 'Enquiries' dashlet. This dashlet will list enquiries that are still in a state of 'New', i.e. haven't been acted upon as yet, and will be ordered by oldest first. To have this dashlet on your dashboard please raise a support request for such.
You obviously receive enquiries directly from prospective tenants, and may wish to store these along with the Righmove and Zoopla leads. We've therefore included the ability to manually add details via the main 'Enquiries' screen.
It's also possible to use RentPro's export feature (Admin -> Export) to view your enquiry data externally, e.g. in an Excel spreadhseet.
